Cannon Resources has two projects, the flagship Fisher East Nickel Project and Collurabbie Project which are situated in the North Eastern Goldfields of Western Australia, approximately 400 km to the north east of Kalgoorlie.
The Fisher East Nickel Project is located approximately 430 km north of Kalgoorlie, 223 km north of Leonora and 145 km northeast of Leinster in the North-Eastern Goldfields region. The project consists of 13 exploration licenses and 1 mining lease covering a total of 406 square kilometres. The project contains a current JORC 2012 Mineral Resource of 411kt of contained nickel at Camelwood, Cannonball, Musket and Sabre. Camelwood, Cannonball, and Musket are situated adjacent to each other along the same basal komatiite horizon, while Sabre is located 6 km south of Musket. All deposits remain open laterally and down-plunge, indicating further exploration potential.
The Collurabbie Project, located approximately 430 km to the north northeast of Kalgoorlie, 195 km north of Laverton and 65 km to the east of the Fisher East Nickel Project also lies within the North-Eastern Goldfields region. The project consists of three granted exploration licences covering a total of 98 square kilometers.
